We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues(Wrong item, damaged product, incorrect sizes, incomplete product) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We ensure as it were the most excellent quality comes to to our clients as each item goes through a well-defined quality check. Be that as it may, these being craftsmanship items, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors appeared on the site are near the genuine color of the item to the degree conceivable. However, depending upon your show screen, the colors may change marginally. In case of carefully assembled works of art, there may be minor varieties due to nature of the work.
However, if you’re still not fulfilled along with your buy you’ll return it inside 7 days of delivery. Please mail us with the details within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will go through a quality check to guarantee there’s no abuse or manhandle of the item exterior of our control. Once the returned item passes the quality check to guarantee it is unused and in its unique bundling arrange, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. For this, 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the product.
For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

Order Cancellation–
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. To cancel the order, please call us at our customer care number / mail us at uniquecreativez9@gmail.com We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
